Learning Objectives- Understand and communicate the structure, goals, and strategic mission of the Chandler Chamber- Assist with comprehensive data collection and research compilation to support strategic planning- Conduct market research to influence workforce development initiatives- Communicate with Chamber members regarding business demographics and workforce statistics- Assist with the implementation of a workforce development platform- Organize and enter data into Excel or comparable data collection software Qualifications- Enrolled in or graduated from a Business or related degree program- Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently 20–25 hrs/week · On-site · Year-round
