Work with the VP of Workforce Development & Government Relations to develop and implement a strategic workforce development plan. Ideal for students in Business or a related field with strong research and planning skills. Learning objectives: understand Chamber mission; assist with data collection/research to support strategic planning; conduct market research to influence initiatives; communicate with members on business demographics/workforce statistics; assist with implementation of a workforce development platform; organize and enter data into Excel or similar software. Qualifications: enrolled in/graduated from Business or related program; strong verbal, written, analytical skills; excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. 20–25 hrs/week · On-site · Year-round.
