About the Role

As one of three Workforce Officers in the RMO Unit, youll work closely with your colleagues to deliver seamless workforce support for Resident Medical Officers across Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Northland. Together, youll contribute to a shared goal ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support quality patient care.

In this varied and fast-paced role, youll be involved in coordinating workforce activities, including rostering and supporting the engagement of House Officers, Senior House Officers, and Registrars. Youll also work closely with clinical services and managers to help ensure workforce requirements are met and services run efficiently.

The RMO Unit is a collaborative, supportive group that maintains strong relationships across hospital services, professional bodies, and recruitment agencies to deliver a seamless and positive experience for RMOs.
