The Opportunity
The HR Talent Application Specialist administers, configures, and supports HR talent and service-delivery applications, including SAP SuccessFactors (Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, and Mentoring) and Zendesk. This role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize talent processes, manage system enhancements and integrations, troubleshooting issues, develop reporting and analytics, and drive user adoption.
