Seed Center Business Incubator is a joint venture and cooperative endeavor agreement among the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, City of Lake Charles, McNeese State University, and the SWLA Alliance to establish an economic development center to foster economic growth and development in Southwest Louisiana. It is based in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
